Biocidal products are necessary to compare organisms harmful to human and animal health with those that damage natural materials or materials from production. Insects, mice, bacteria, molds and the others, are among the harmful organisms. Biocidal products may pose a risk to humans, animals and the environment due to their inherent properties and usage patterns.
On December 31, 2009, ” Turkey Biocidal Products Directive ‘, published in the Official Gazette, and with the Directive 98/8 / EC of the European Parliament and Council dated February 16, 1998 regarding the placing on the market of biocidal products. Later, in parallel with the European Union 98/8 / EC Directive and 528/2012 / EU Regulation, it was published in 2013 with the correction of “Biocidal Products No: 28939” and the last change entered into force on 12 March 2020 (No: 31066).
As Sia Analysis Laboratories, We continue to work with our high-tech device infrastructure and our expert staff to perform the Analysis of Biocidal Products in GLP norms. Microbiological Tests, Chemical Tests, Physical Tests and Cell Culture studies for all product groups will be put into service in 2021.
