AMES Test
Bacterial Reverse Mutation Test (OECD 471) is performed to detect mutations in mutant Salmonella typhimurium bacterial strains in the presence or absence of S9, the metabolic activation agent of polar and/or apolar extract prepared from medical devices. The statistical difference is investigated according to positive and negative controls.
