Honey Bees, Acute Contact Test
Honey bees are critical invertebrates that support the biodiversity of ecosystems and agricultural productivity, especially during pollination. The “Honey Bee Acute Contact Test (OECD 214)” is used to assess the acute toxic reactions of honey bees in direct contact with chemicals.
This test determines the toxic effects honeybees show when in direct contact with chemicals.
