Subchronic Systemic Toxicity
Subchronic Systemic Toxicity is determined by considering the clinical findings that may occur as a result of clinical follow-up for 90 days as a result of repeated application of polar and/or apolar extracts obtained from the medical device, and then the post-mortem (necropsy, histopathology, hematology and biochemical parameters) evaluations. The administration is usually carried out in the form of intraperitoneal, intravenous, or implant administration of the extracts.
