Acute Dermal Toxicity
Acute dermal toxicity tests aim to determine the toxic effects that may occur following the dermal application of a single dose or multiple doses of substances within 24 hours. The necessary test methods are determined according to the test substance and the chemical components in it, and applications are carried out to protect the environment and human health. After the application, necropsy and histopathological examinations are performed to detect macroscopic and microscopic tissue damages that may develop due to dermal exposure to the test substance.
Acute dermal toxicity tests are carried out in our laboratory, which is accredited within the scope of TÜRKAK GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), according to internationally valid test guidelines.
