Chromosomal Aberration
Chromosomal Aberration generally defines chromosomal abnormalities. The In-vitro Mammalian Chromosome Aberration Test (OECD 473) is performed to investigate the clastogenic effect on the chromosomes following the application of the extract prepared from medical devices in mammalian cells (CHO-cell). The statistical difference is investigated according to positive and negative controls.
