Acute Inhalation Toxicity
Acute inhalation toxicity tests aim to determine the toxic effects that may occur after inhalation of substances for 4 hours within 24 hours. The necessary test methods are determined according to the test substance and the chemical components in it, and applications are carried out to protect the environment and human health. After the application, necropsy and histopathological examinations are made and macroscopic and microscopic tissue damages that may develop due to respiratory exposure to the test substance are detected.
Acute inhalation toxicity tests are carried out in our laboratory, which is accredited within the scope of TÜRKAK GLP (Good Laboratory Practices), using a specially designed inhalation exposure system, according to internationally valid test guidelines.
